Crashes & Breakdowns

In case of an accident, please inform the hotline mentioned on your booking confirmation as soon as possible. Our staff is available 24/7 to organize a replacement vehicle and assist with the mandatory police report. If the other party is at fault, you will not be liable for damage. If you're at fault, we will retain only the maximum amount stipulated in your insurance plan.

We understand breakdowns can be frustrating, even with well-maintained vehicles. If this happens, call our 24-hour hotline and we’ll organize assistance or a replacement car as soon as possible.
Traffic Rules

In Seychelles, vehicles drive on the left. Speed limit is 40 km/h on most single-lane roads and 80 km/h on dual-carriageways unless otherwise signposted.

No, tourists can use their home country’s valid driver's licence in Seychelles for up to 3 months.
Insurance & Liability

Our vehicles include fully comprehensive insurance (CDW) and third-party liability (TPL). Damage caused under the influence or from negligence is not covered. Keys and personal belongings are not insured.

Yes, a deductible applies per incident based on your selected insurance package. This is the maximum out-of-pocket amount you may pay in case of damage.
Deposits & Payments

No, we do not require a deposit for online bookings.

Yes, we accept card and cash payments.

We accept Euro, Pound Sterling, Seychelles Rupees, and US Dollar (card or cash).

Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the rental period.

We deliver anywhere on Mahé Island. Pickup is free at our office.
